  • Design: Shape, material and design are tested in the prototype, then presented and optimised with your teams on site.
  • Line trial: Competent technicians with many years of experience ensure the highest quality when starting up the production line
  • Pilot production: For filling and market testing, the initial series is produced.
  • Mass production begins – with certified processes and continuous quality control.

Here, designs and effects can be tested confidentially and individually – outside of line production – and optimised on site.

A sustainable solution: An aluminium bottle with up to 60 % real PCR® from TUBEX and a dispenser (pump or spray) made from PCR material by Coster. This is how beautiful sustainable packaging can be.
