Developing the can design takes weeks, printing only needs fractions of a second. The quality of the inks, the coatings, the machines, and the expertise of the team determine your products’ shelf appeal. In addition, TUBEX offers the advantages of in-house print-proofing. Here, designs and effects can be tested confidentially and individually – outside of line production – and optimised on site.

Our specialists develop and optimise the can print – using an innovative 8-colour printing technique that boosts both the brand and the product image.

Together with the TUBEX design team, customers assess and optimise the printing results of the can: in TUBEX’s separate print-proofing room.
INTERNAL POWDER-COATING
TUBEX is the only supplier able to offer solvent-free internal powder coating for aerosol cans.

Ecological arguments are an image and sales factor. TUBEX offers aerosol cans made from 100 % recycled aluminium standard (PCR) and up to 60 % genuine recycled consumer aluminium (real PCR). Certified by exclusive suppliers.
For example, TUBEX was involved in developing the patented aluminium alloy “Neucan 3.1” with a real PCR option. It achieves up to 20 % less weight with the same stability, and saved 2,000 t of aluminium by using material from consumers – in 2020 alone!
